Motivated Technologist!

Dave, El Portal’s PET-CT Technologist, says, “I like working with our patients and being able to relate to their concerns and special needs.” He speaks from the first hand experience being a cancer survivor himself. “In fact,” Dave continues, “going through my own bout with cancer is what motivated me to get into the field of PET and CT.” As a result, Dave, a Radiology Technologist since 1975, and Nuclear Medicine Tecnologist since 1981, has been performing diagnostic CT scans since 2005.
